The Apartments are situated on the ground floor only a few yards from a beautifully designed swimming pool, which also has a poolside bar, and is popular with holidaymakers and residents alike. The area nearly always enjoys a sea breeze, so the heat is not so much a problem as the nearby main resort areas of Los Cristianos & Las Americas.

Both have shaded patios with outdoor furniture with access to the lounge & kitchen via double sliding doors.

Each of the apartments is fully furnished and equipped with most items including TV's. The bedrooms have twin beds, built in wardrobes, chests of draws, bedside cupboards with lamps. There is a bed settee in each lounge which opens out into a double bed.

The kitchens are all-electric and have a mains oven with 4 hobs and an extractor fan, fridge and toasters, with ample cutlery and, cups, glasses, plates etc. There is a broom cupboard with ironing board, electric iron etc. Each bathroom is fully fitted with sink, bath, shower bidet and w.c.
