Booking Conditions
Air Flights Direct Ltd
endeavour to ensure all passengers complete satisfaction in making
arrangements, however it is understood that Air Flights Direct Ltd are
acting on your behalf and it is therefore necessary to make a few normal
conditions, as follows:
AIR FLIGHTS DIRECT LTD.
ARE FULLY BONDED ABTA MEMBERS AND ACT AS RETAIL AGENTS FOR ATOL
HOLDERS.
PLEASE BE FULLY AWARE
THAT AIR FLIGHTS DIRECT LTD ACT SOLELY AS YOUR BOOKING AGENT, SUBJECT TO
WHICH ALL BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED.
PLEASE NOTE ALL
CHARTERED FLIGHTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGES AND ALTERATIONS. YOU WILL BE
NOTIFIED IF SUCH A CHANGE IS NECCESSARY.
LIABILITY: All bookings are accepted by Air
Flights Direct and arrangements made are subject to the conditions imposed
by the principals. The Principals are Tour Operators and Airlines.. All
tickets, vouchers and coupons are issued by Air Flights Direct in their
capacity as Retail Agents for ATOL Holders, upon the express condition
that Air Flights Direct is not liable to any passenger for loss, damage,
delay, injury, cancellation, or any additional expense, suffered by any
passenger whatsoever, or any cause beyond Air Flights Direct's control
shall be occasioned by Air Flights Direct or any of its officials, agents
or representatives. Air Flights Direct Ltd's Total Liability shall not
exceed the total payment received from the client in respect of any
booking.
PAYMENT: Full amount plus insurance premium
(if applicable) must be paid if the departure date is within the 10 week
period. If the client does not pay the balance of the flight at the
prescribed time, Air Flights Direct Ltd reserve the right, after due
notice to the client, to cancel the booking and all deposits and
assurances will be forfeited. Any charge imposed by the principal to
cancel said booking, will be the liability of the
customer.
CANCELLATION: Any Booking cancellation must be
made to Air Flights Direct in writing, by Recorded Delivery. We cannot
accept cancellation by telephone. Cancellations are effective from the
date we receive them. Upon receipt we will contact the relevant tour
operator to ascertain the relevant charges. You will then be liable for
these charges.
INSURANCE: We strongly advise you to take out a
fully comprehensive insurance which will give adequate cover against
Medical Expenses, Personal Accident, Cancellation, Curtailment, Baggage,
Personal Effects and Money. Most Charter Airlines will not accept
passengers for transportation without proof of insurance.
VISA / VACCINATION /
PASSPORT: Passengers are personally responsible far any Visa / Vaccination /
Passport certificates etc, which may apply. Please ask our Fully qualified
staff for assistance.
CHECK
IN: It is the responsibility of the passenger to cheek in for his/her
flight at least two hours before the departure time stated on the airline
ticket. For flights to the Middle East, Far East, Australasia and the
Americas usually require at least THREE HOURS check
